HURRICANES AND WEATHER
It was just downright nasty Saturday and Sunday across the central plains and midwest. My mother-in-law in Council Bluffs, Iowa said it was stormy, wet and then cold. And when I checked this a.m. it was snowing!
Monday, there will be snow over the Great Lakes and possibly as far south as St. Louis. And parts of the southeast (includng Florida) and east could have severe storms. Out west, the weather will be spectacular with sunshine and highs in the 60s. The southern plains will also be quite pleasant.
Houston will start the week dry and sunny. Mornings will be cool. Outlying areas will be in the 30s on Tuesday morning--be alert for a light frost extreme outlying areas like Conroe and Katy. By Thursday and Friday, clouds and humidity increase. There could be a thunderstorm or shower on Easter Sunday.
