AND MORE
This report comes from my friend Dr. Brian Pettigrew--he is talking about wildfires in the Boulder area.
"They started yesterday when a powerlines were knocked over by our continuing onslaught of near-hurricane force winds down the lee slopes of the Rockies. I live about 8-10 miles outside of Boulder and I could even see the smoke from there. It was quite amazing."
Thanks Brian for that report!!!
Well I am so sad tonight as Wanda #2 didn't make it. I am mulling over the next step to take with the aquarium.
I am excited about tomorrow as I will be the Session Chair for Session 1 of a post-Ike workshop being given at the University of St. Thomas Scanlan Room. Hope to see you there!!!
Happy Friday everyone!
